Kiara A. Perkins, the owner of Clumsy Bee Studio LLC, holds all exclusive rights to reproduce, sell, and distribute works, prepare derivative works, perform the work publicly, and display the work publicly.
Shipping and Production Times
For Prints, Cards, and Original Paintings:
I will send you an email with your order receipt that I have received your order within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive the order tracking information in your email.
Prints, cards, and paintings come with free USA* shipping. Print, card, and painting orders automatically come with 5-day shipping for purchases being shipped within the contiguous USA* (*Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas will take extra time for shipping). If you would like faster shipping please contact me by adding a message to your order or sending an email to clumsybeestudio@gmail.com
Additional fees may apply for faster shipping.
I will happily ship it as a gift if requested.
While packages typically arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and up to 6 weeks for international delivery before resending/refunding for non-delivery. This time frame is extended during peak holiday shipping.
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can often be unpredictable.

For Clothing:
Clothing is made-to-order to reduce product waste and create a more eco-conscious business model. Production times vary from 5-10 business days on average. However, due to Covid precautions and continuing supply line issues, production times may vary and may take up to 14 days. This time frame does not include shipping, which will vary based on where you are located. Items are produced in the US, Canada, Mexico, or Europe depending on your location and product availability.

For Sculptures:
Sculptures take longer to safely package and ship. Shipping for a sculpture purchase may take as long as 4 weeks (this time frame does not include commission purchases, which are made to order and take time to produce). The production time for commissioned sculptures varies based on the piece, please see individual listing or email clumsybeestudio@gmail.com for more details.

Returns & Exchanges
For Prints and Cards:
I do accept returns and exchanges (for equal or lesser value items) on non-custom orders. Customers must contact me within 5 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange. The item must be shipped by the customer within one week of the approved request. Please send me the tracking information. I am not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.
For Paintings:
I do not accept returns or exchanges on paintings, please read product descriptions carefully.
For Clothing:
I do not accept returns for clothing because it is made to order. You may return an item to me in exchange for store credit (store credit equal to the price of the purchase, not including customs fees, additional taxes and fees for international orders shipped outside the USA). Please read product descriptions and size charts carefully.
If there are any errors with your apparel, please notify me immediately so that I can get in contact with my supplier to resolve the issue.
For Sculptures:
I do not accept returns for sculptures. Please read product descriptions carefully.
For Commissions and Custom orders:
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or commissions. Any changes to these orders must occur within the agreed upon time frame in the commission contract.

Sales Tax
Sales taxes are added at checkout via Shopify Tax. This service automatically collects sales tax using accurate rates based on your location.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.
Personal information
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information. This includes and is not limited to your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information when contacting me directly. Your information is not shared, aside from the reasons listed in these policies. My devices are all Norton AntiVirus protected.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, I use your information to provide the services you requested and improve my business

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 3 years.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
