Girls With Anger

This is a 12" x 16" acrylic painting on canvas, mixed media.

This piece features abstracted lyrics from various songs from Bikini Kill. 

The central design was done on paper with marker and pastel. I then cut out some sections of the paper to show the canvas and attached to the canvas with mod podge. It has a very subtle texture from the mod podge and the raised effect of the paper with cut outs.
